A - Introduction and Acceptance

  1. These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of the website located at quantli.com (Platform), including all content, data, information, tools, features and functionality made available through the Platform (collectively, the Services), operated by Quantli Pty Ltd (ACN [insert ACN]) (Quantli, we, us or our), a company incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
  2. By accessing or using the Platform or any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and the Services.
  3. We may amend these Terms at any time by publishing the amended Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
  4. These Terms are to be read in conjunction with any other policies or notices published on the Platform, including our Privacy Policy.

B - No Financial Advice

  1. The Platform provides financial information and data only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes, or is intended to constitute, financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, taxation advice, or any other form of professional advice (Financial Advice)
  2. The information, data, commentary, analysis and other content provided through the Platform (Content) is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. The Content is not, and must not be construed as, a recommendation or opinion in relation to any financial product, security, investment strategy or transaction.
  3. You acknowledge and agree that:
    1. we are not a financial adviser, and we do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth);
    2. the Content has been prepared without taking into account your personal objectives, financial situation, circumstances or needs;
    3. you should not rely on any Content as the basis for making any financial or investment decision;
    4. before making any financial or investment decision, you should obtain independent professional advice from a qualified and appropriately licensed financial adviser who is authorised to provide personal financial advice having regard to your individual objectives, financial situation and needs; and
    5. any decision you make in relation to financial products, securities or investments is made entirely at your own risk and we accept no responsibility for any such decision.
  4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantli disclaims all liability arising from or in connection with any decision made or action taken by you or any third party in reliance upon the Content or the Services.\

C - Licence and Permitted Use

  1. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Quantli grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and the Services solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes (Licence).

  2. The Licence does not include, and you must not, without the prior written consent of Quantli:

    2.1. copy, reproduce, duplicate, store, download (other than page caching), distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, rent, lease or otherwise transfer or make available to any third party any Content, data or information obtained from or through the Platform;

    2.3. use any automated means, including robots, crawlers, scrapers, data mining tools or similar technology, to access, collect, harvest, extract, scrape or index any Content or data from the Platform;

    2.4. compile, aggregate, repackage, redistribute or otherwise create any database, collection or dataset that incorporates Content or data sourced from the Platform;

    2.5. reproduce, replicate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying algorithms, data structures or functionality of the Platform or any part thereof;

    2.6. create any product, service, tool or application that competes with, or replicates the functionality of, the Platform or any of the Services;

    2.7. use the Platform, the Services or any Content for any commercial purpose, including for resale, redistribution, or the provision of services to third parties, without a separate written agreement with Quantli;

    2.8. frame, mirror, or incorporate any part of the Platform into any other website, application or service;

    2.9. remove, alter, obscure or tamper with any copyright notice, trade mark, proprietary legend, disclaimer or attribution on or in the Platform or the Content; or

    2.10. use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Platform or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Platform.
